本测试仪由三个分机组成，可以完成五项功能：
测试烙铁头的温度，测试范围为0℃-600℃
测试烙铁头到地线的交流电压，测量范围为0-90mv,50Hz.
测试烙铁头地线的电阻，测量范围为0-90Ω
既能测试表面的电阻，又能测试物料表面到大地的电阻，由量级来表述测试静电手腕带系统连接是否良好

The tester is composed of three parts with totally five functions: Test the temperature of soldering iron tip,ranging from 0oc-600oc
Test the AC voltage between the soldering iron tip and theground,ranging from 0-90mv,50Hz.
Test the resistance between the soldering iron tip andthe ground,ranging from 0-90Ω
The surface Resistance Tester can measure both the surface
resistance and that from surface to ground,with the accuracy+1/2decade.
Test if the Wrist Strap Strap system is workable.
